We are proud to say that integrity means something to us. We will not hold credit cards on file so that if the insurance denies we automatically charge the patient. We will call and work with the insurance company. Many times, our claim appeals are overturned and are paid based on how we checked benefits. We won’t give up until we have exhausted all avenues. We may get the patient involved in helping get items resolved, but we won’t make them pay until the patient agrees that is the final decision.
